Reservation Policy 

Your reservation is confirmed only after a deposit is made at the company bank details.
The deposit is refundable until 60 days before arrival.
The balance will be settled at the latest one week before arrival.

If the payment is not completed, the reservation will be considered invalid.

Children / Extra People 

A cot is available upon request. 
The accommodation may refuse your stay if extra people from the number of beds booked arrive on arrival. 
The maximum capacity of baby cots  per villa is 1
It is not possible to place extra beds in the villa

 

Pet policy: No pets allowed at the premises

 

Party/ Special events: No party allowed at the villa premises.
No other form of special event, such as a wedding or a formal event before the prior knowledge and approval of the event by the management

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, and the full amount is charged to the credit card. In the event of an early departure, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the original reservation amount.
